We’re Official Now – Body Decoder Patent Published Under Indian Patent Office

Our project "BODY DECODER – AI System Forecasting Nutrient Imbalances and Preventing Health Risks with Personalized Meal Plans" has now officially entered the patent publication stage under the Indian Patent Journal (Issue No. 36/2025), with Application No. 202341073228 A, filed on 01/08/2025 and published on 05/09/2025.

As the sole inventor and applicant, this marks a major milestone in protecting the core intelligence of our system — one that uses supervised ML and real-time food log analysis to flag deficiencies, excesses, and health risks before they escalate.

The system is designed to plug directly into public nutrition workflows like school meal audits, community health dashboards, and even tribal health surveillance. And most importantly, it runs offline too, making it accessible to areas where no app has gone before.

The invention is published under international classifications:
  • Filed under ICT (Information and Communication Technology) specially adapted for the mining of medical data, e.g., analysing previous cases of other patients; classified under G16H0050700000
  • Filed under ICT (Information and Communication Technology) specially adapted for clinical decision support, including diagnostic or therapeutic decision support systems; classified under G16H0020600000
  • Filed under ICT (Information and Communication Technology) specially adapted for clinical decision support, including diagnostic or therapeutic decision support systems.; classified under G16H0020600000
  • Filed under ICT specially adapted for managing chronic conditions or long-term health risks.; classified under G16H0050300000, and
  • Filed under ICT in healthcare focused on data privacy, security, and access control; classified under G16H0010600000

locking down our position in biomedical engineering, nutrition AI, and health-risk forecasting tech. Now that it's published, we're also eligible to take this international through PCT filing. This is just the beginning — the real impact is when this goes from research to rural, from patents to people.
